How it works

Set your parent PIN

Pick a 4-digit code during setup. It's stored on your device and it's the only key to Settings.

Approve the channels

Search for the channels your family trusts and add them to the whitelist. Change it whenever you like.

Hand it over

Kids open SafeTube and see only your list. Turn on dual screen if two of them are sharing.

What exactly is SafeTube?

A parental-control video player. You approve a list of channels, and your kids can only watch from that list. Optional dual-screen lets two children watch different approved channels at the same time.

Can I use it without installing anything?

Yes. Open the browser player on a laptop, tablet, or smart-TV browser — no download and no account required.

Is it on Google Play?

Is it on the App Store?

How does the parent PIN work?

You choose a 4-digit PIN during setup. Settings and channel approval always ask for it, so the list can't be edited by little hands. The PIN is stored only on your device.

Do you collect my child's data?

There's no SafeTube account and no child profile. Your PIN and channel list stay on your device. Video playback is handled by YouTube under their own policies — see our Privacy Policy for the details.
